Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart by clicking "Buy Now". After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout Now" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Despite every endeavour, occasionally, pricing errors may occur. However, if a product's correct price is lower than our advertised price, we will charge you the lower amount. If a product's correct price is higher than our advertised price, we will contact you for instructions prior to dispatching your order.

Shipping And Handling
Shipping charges : Calculated on total value. Maximum UK carriage charge is £8.50 plus VAT. For delivery outside UK, EU, Canada and USA please email or phone your order.

Returns Policy
NON-FAULTY GOODS:
You have the right to return your goods for a refund within 7 working days form the day after you received the goods. Used goods are non-refundable unless found to be faulty. A refund for the goods will be made to the same card that was used to make the purchase.

Refunds cannot be made for postage charges. These include those made to ship the goods to you in the first instance and those incurred by yourself in returning the goods to us.
